K-State eProfile

The K-State eProfile system was developed to help K-Staters create an eID and then manage their eID details such as spam filtering, e-mail forwarding, eID password changes, emergency contact information and their official affiliation with K-State. An eID is the required online identification for all those affiliated with K-State.

Once signed in, K-Staters can adjust their K-State WebMail spam filter levels to decrease (less sensitive) or increase (more sensitive) the e-mail that is designated as spam and sent to their junk folder. Also through eProfile, eligible K-Staters can sign up to receive optional emergency text messages from the university in the event of an emergency.

K-Staters can also easily meet the university requirement to change their eID password once per semester by signing into eProfile and adjusting their password settings.

K-State eProfile is a joint project of the Registrar's Office, Computing and Telecommunication Services (CTS), Information Technology Assistance Center (iTAC), and the Office of Mediated Education (OME).
