Axio Survey, formerly known as K-State's Survey System, is an easy to use, flexible web based survey creation tool, which is designed to poll, assess, report and analyze the participant's thoughts, feelings and opinions. Axio Survey was released in 2001 and is used daily by researchers, faculty, and university administrators.
